Civically-engaged individuals are always welcome to volunteer with UCLAWC. Volunteers typically serve between 4-8 hours per month with UCLAWC.



Student Service Opportunities with UCLAWC


Student Internships

Students can conduct an internship with UCLAWC in coordination with their home departments. Many internships carry academic credit for students. Students should contact their department advisors for details. Interns typically spend 10-20 hours a week with UCLAWC.


Service-Learning

Student in service-learning courses can conduct their service hours with UCLAWC. Faculty should communicate with UCLAWC about available opportunities before advising students. Service-learning students typically serve between 10-20 hours per semester with UCLAWC.
